Eligibility

The giveaway is open to eligible participants who meet the requirements stated in these rules.

Recurring Coastal Pest Control customers enrolled in an active General Pest Control, Mosquito, or Bundle recurring service plan may be automatically entered.

No purchase is required to enter or win. Non-customers, one-time service customers, former customers, or anyone who does not have a recurring service plan may enter for free using the Alternative Method of Entry listed below.

Employees, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Coastal Pest Control may be excluded from eligibility.

Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase or signing up for service, submit a free entry during the active giveaway period.

Each free entry should include:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City and state
• Giveaway period being entered

Free entries receive the same odds of winning as automatic customer entries.

Entrants are not required to purchase service, schedule an inspection, receive a quote, listen to a sales presentation, or become a customer in order to enter or win.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway entry period will be stated in the giveaway announcement.

Entries must be received before the listed deadline to be included in that drawing.

Prize

The prize or prizes for each giveaway will be listed in the giveaway announcement.

Approximate retail value will be listed when the prize is announced.

The prize will be awarded at no cost to the winner. The winner is not required to purchase anything, pay any fee, or schedule service to receive the prize.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Automatic customer entries and free Alternative Method of Entry submissions are included in the same drawing and have equal odds of winning.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through a random number-based drawing.

Eligible entries are placed into a master giveaway tracker, alphabetized, assigned numbers, and selected using an online random number selector. The selected number is then cross-referenced against the giveaway tracker to identify the potential winner.

Coastal Pest Control may record the random selection process for transparency and internal documentation.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information available to Coastal Pest Control or the contact information submitted through the free entry method.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the stated timeframe, Coastal Pest Control may select an alternate winner using the same random selection process.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be provided to the confirmed winner at no cost.

Coastal Pest Control will make reasonable efforts to deliver or make the prize available within 10 days after the winner is confirmed and announced.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to follow these Official Rules.

Coastal Pest Control reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries, and modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion.

No customer, entrant, or participant is hand-selected, favored, or given better odds based on purchase status or service level.

Publicity and Privacy

Coastal Pest Control may announce the winner using limited information, such as first name, last initial, general location, and prize won.

Coastal Pest Control will not publicly disclose sensitive personal information such as full address, phone number, email address, payment information, or account details.
